Thanks for the info. I don't normally do character greets but if the penguins from Mary Poppins are there, I think I'll be making an exception. The penguins and the talking umbrella are my favorite from Mary Poppins. We'll be there on 12/10.

You're welcome. I haven't heard for this year, yet. Last year, they were over at Splash Mountain exit, next to the child play area under the railroad bridge.

Hi. If you take a look at my post above you can get a link to The Unofficial Disney Character Hunter's Guide; they say,

Mary Poppins, Bert, and Penguins met near the Carousel intermittently throughout the party. Their meeting times began at the top of the hour.
