I ride trolley for shopping

Hello guys, I just came across the itrolley and I got an idea. I'll be staying at POP and we'll not rent a car. We want to do a shopping day and a half day. Thanks to the disboards I discovered that from Downtown disney there's a direct lynx bus to the florida mall . But the transportation to the premium outlet on vineland and the premium outlet on international drive was just too complicated and too long. So I was thinking if I took a taxi from Downtown Disney to premium outlet on vineland (which is the nearest to Disney) and then take i trolley to premium outlet on international drive?
Has anyone done this? Is it safe? Any thoughts? Thanks

We use the iride all the time. It,s 1.25 dollars each no change, just make sure you get a map though drivers are very helpful and used to unsure tourists .

Thank you for the feedback! Just curious, where (which stop) do you take the Itrolley from WDW?

Use the Lynx 8. $2 and much faster. It'll take you between the Vineland and I-Drove outlets.

You can't. You need to first take the Lynx 50 from either the TTC, Downtown Disney or various stops along that route. You get off at Sea world where you can catch the I-Ride trolley - but, if you ask for a free transfer when you board the Lynx 50, you can catch the Lynx 8 from where you get off the 50 for free. It runs the same route as the I-Ride trolley from that point.

We did the same, stayed at POP and set aside a day for I drive/shopping

The 50lynx form DTD to Seaworld is really quick and very easy.

it is loads quicker to get the 50 lynx, ask for a transfer, then get dropped outside seaworld (opposite the Renaissance Hotel, it has a huge blue roof!), cross the road and transfer to the 8 lynx then waiting for the IRide which takes a slightly less direct route to the Premium outlets on Vineland Road. If you want to go to the other Premium outlets on I-drive stay on the same side of the road and catch the 8 in the same direction you get off the 50. I-Ride is great for hopping on and off down I-drive but so slow and uncomfortable. If you do want to use the I-ride you can buy a day pass or longer pass in the Renaissance Hotel opposite Seaworld.

If you do decide to just take a taxi to the Premium Outlets, yes you can do the I-ride to the other premium outlets but its still far quicker just to hop on the 8 lynx, they drive quicker and have less stops!

Thanks! I'll take a cab from downtown disney to vineland outlet and then from there take the 8 lynx to the premium outlets on international drive. Then we'll return from there to to vineland again and then a taxi to pop in that way we'll spend less $$ in taxi as we prefer spend it in more shopping items

You may as well go up to the Premium Outlets on I-Drive on the Lynx 8, and then return to Sea World on the 8 bus and get a free transfer to the 50 which will take you back to DTD. It's just as many changes a getting a cab.
