I recieved the 40% Flyer & when i called they still couln't find it!

I recieved the flyer in the mail, and when i called to reserve they still was not able to find it under my name, phone number or addy. I had to give her the pin code # and then it brought my name up. We checked and verified the spellings and everything on my account. The CM couldn't explain why they couln't find it.

same thing happened to me. The cm about accussed me of making it up! I thought I'd lost the card, it grew legs and walked off my kitchen island into the dog's mouth apparently. After I found it, I called back and they had to get guest services to override the system because I couldn't read the 15 digit # and it wasn't in their system. The cm I spoke with after I found the card was very nice, it was the original CRO and guest services cm's who didn't believe me.
