My knees served me well! I swam to my heart's content. We enjoyed Frozen Fireworks. Tom got his share of afternoon naps. Like is good.

Was your launch successful? What sort of winter are you having? It was very hot, muggy in Orlando. About normal, I imagine. On our next trip, in a month, we will house hunt in earnest. Meanwhile, Tom & I will enjoy our time in Cape May NJ, visiting Mom and hosting friends.

YAY for your knees. That's excellent news.
It's cold and wet here. We got a blast from the Antartics this week and it will be cold all week. Daytime temps are in the mid 40's at the moment.

I hope you find a house! Do you know which area you want to look in?

We are looking in DeLand, Port St Lucie and south of Orlando. We want a 55+ area that allows dogs, and has activities we would enjoy.

We may have found it, but are checking DeLand and Port St Lucie just to be sure. Believe it or not, finding a place that allows you to have a large dog, Belle is 80 pounds, and allows you to have a fence are the hardest criteria. We found a place that allows 15 pound and under dogs, with many restrictions.

Wow! I guess that's a big consideration when you're looking for a place. Good luck with that place. I hope you get it.

I can completely understand this. As a landlord myself we only allow dogs under 20 pounds as none of properties have yards where a larger dog could exercise and really be happy. I hope you find a place you like!
