I wont say how or why i should know the answer to this but i should.

When thinking about the future say 2017, when do room only reservations open up and when do package reservations open up (typically)

Room only can be booked via phone 499 days out. So as of today, you can call and book a room only up until May 20th 2017. Room only for 2017 can be booked online once the 2017 rates come out, usually around July - August.

Packages for 2017 can be booked once the 2017 rates come out.
