I really need your help!!!!

Okay everyone, I really need your expert opinions, advice, and assistance! I will be going to Celebration, FL in July (unfortunately not for Disney) and I need a place to stay. I have to go there for a rotation that I am doing at the Celebration hospital so I need to stay for a month. However, it has been near to impossible to find anything to rent that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. So if ANYONE knows of any affordable places to rent that are very close to the hospital (less than 15 minutes without traffic) please let me know! I will need to stay 19 nights and I have a budget of about $1000

this is where we hope to live one day. a manufactured home communtiy off of 192, about a mile or 2 west of celebration. the community (gated) has 3 pools.

some owners rent by the month. there are a ot of owneres from the UK. there is a little british pub in the strip mall outside of it.
