Trying to check prices for Feb, and I can't even put a date in. This site is so frustrating It seems it's not working right whenever I try it. When I am ready to make ressies I do go through cro, sure don't want to mess anything up with the disney site.

It's because the 2008 rates aren't out yet. They don't want to rely on the web site to inform you that the rate you book will be inflated once the new rates come out.

You can book 2008 through CRO, the new rates haven't come out yet.

So I am trying to lview view my reservations and it keeps telling me that the information I am entering is incorrect. Well I am typing the confirmation number in exactly as I repeated it to the CM and I definitely know my phone number and its still says invalid

I have to agree with the website issues. I use go.com mail (as alternative) and they Disney and Apple (which Steve Jobs is on Disney's board) don't work together
I have a MAC and I can't get my go.com mail to really work on it. Well I get the mail, but can't delete or use any of my folders. I have to use my DH's computer (windows based) to clear it out. They (Disney & Apple) really need to spend some time on this.....

That has happened to me before however I don't worry about it because we got our confirmations both e-mailed and mailed directly to our house, so we know they are both ok. Just a few days ago I viewed both of them on their website and when I tried again a few hours later they both came up invalid, so there must have been something wrong with their system.

Hmmm, I never received an email confirmation either. I did call the day after I made the ressie, to add a view request and had no problems...but I cant view my ressie and no email =(

Do you remember them asking for your e-mail? If not I would call them up and ask if they can e-mail it to you, because with room only reservations they are suppost e-mail the confirmations.

Have they ever had a different phone number for you? Our confirmations always come up under an old phone number (from over 3 years ago) even though I give them our current phone number every time. We just put in the conf. number and our old phone number and it comes up.

I have changed my phone number with them AT LEAST 15 times and it still comes up as the old one. They are having alot of issues with the web sight right now because they are upgrading it!

I'm having the same problem. CM says everything's correct, but i keep getting the same error message for about 2 weeks now. I cant check the balance of my reservation online and it's bugging me.
