I've stayed at the Contemporary twice, both in the Tower and the South Garden Wing. I understand why the Tower is so popular, but for my money one of the most underrated (and undiscussed) views is the first-floor patio facing Bay Lake. There's nothing like getting back from the parks in the early evening, fixing a drink, and enjoying it on your patio facing the lake; or to walk out to the slip of white-sand beach right in front of your room.
It seems like the beauty and tranquility of these rooms is overlooked. Does anyone else agree? Any magical experiences out there?
