I passed the test.

Our department paid for me and three of my fellow nurses to take the Telephone Triage Certification test last month and we all passed. One of my friends got a perfect score.

Not bad for someone who has been out of nursing school for 27 years.

So, I now get to sign my name with a RNC after it.

Yep, it stands for registered nurse, certified. Many specialties have certification tests now.
