I don't have them yet.. I have emailed them many times and so far they have not answered me... I got watches for my kids stockings.. I NEED them next week.... has anyone had an issue with them before? are they usually this slow or faster???

I am getting very worried here....

Perhaps you can use one of these email addresses, fax numbers or regular phone numbres to get an answer. It must be very frustrating to email repeatedly and get no reply. I hope you get some satisfaction before Christmas. Good luck.

Those phone numbers have been disconnected, and since they are not answering my emails, I think I am out the money... sigh.. I am going to try a paypal chargeback but I think that it is over the time allowed for that, so I am out the money.

this is a warning, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I don't want others to be out the money like I am right now...
now I have to find some watches to give my kids before the end of next week..

I ordered from them last year with no problem. I have e-mailed them several times this year trying to find Disney watches with no response. Did you order Disney watches?

yes I did order 4 disney watches one for each of my girls.

Mousy- if you paid through Paypal via credit card, you may still able to do a chargeback through your credit card company. I would go ahead and do this asap.

I used my paypal balance for this so the 30 days have passed to get that back.
Paypal only gives you 30 days but your CC gives you 90 I think.

I'd still contact PayPal. You may be covered under the buyer protection.
