Never trust a man that cheats on his wife, even if you are the one he is cheating with. I have a friend that was the "other woman" while the guy was cheating on his wife. BUT, she was just positive that he was only cheating on his wife because his wife was horrible. So, the guy divorces his wife, and marries my friend. Guess what happens, yup, he cheats on my friend and they are now divorced and he is married to the woman he was cheating with. Gee, I wonder how that marriage will go.

OMG! I feel sorry for your poor friend. But the writing was on the wall, but yet for some reason many women fail to see it before it is too late. All you can do is try to learn from it. Also the best way to learn by mistakes is from others making them instead.

FWIW, my DH told me he loved me the night he asked me out. I said it back We had been friends for only about a month at that point, I had just broken up (literally, the day before) with his best friend. He asked me out, I said yes, and the rest is history...

That was almost 19 years ago...summer (age 15). Ahhh..young love!

For me - never trust a man who spends more time in front of the mirror than I do. And I only take about 5 minutes. High maintenance men are creepy to me. And, I believe, narcissistic.

And never trust a man who doesn't treat his family well..
