I need you help please!

I haven't been on here for a while but i need your help. My god daughter passed away in march from a brain tumor and her mom is very passionate about curing childhood cancer. There is going to be a relay for childhood cancer in parker, colorado on June 21 and 22. This is the first time that child hood cancer will be apart of this relay (which includes all other types of cancer) here.

What I need is someone who is very creative with photoshop to make a design for me which includes...
my god daughter sandra's face inside a gold ribbon with word on the ribbon saying (conquer childhood cancer)
also up above the ribbon saying (in loving memory of sandra lynn april 18 2006 - march 2 2008)

I love this board and im always raving about how helpful and nice all of you are. I really want to make these shirts for her mom and brother to wear proudly at this relay.

sandra has a caringbridge website which tells her whole story and if you have a minute please stop by and read it.

If anyone of you could please help make a design i would be entirely great full.

How sad. I have a dear friend whose granddaughter is battling brain cancer and she is 18 months old..prayers for your Goddaughter's family....losing a child is horrible
