Lots of great tips! Was wondering if there were any type of lotions or foot lotions that you can put on at night while sleeping that will help soothe your tired legs and feet?
I stand for 9 hours a day at work. Shift your weight while your waiting in line, rock back and forth. Wear the most comfortable shoes you own. Im actually the opposite, I cant sit for a long peroid of time. But for my hubby who has a office job he starts walking and going up the stairs ti work about a month before. It helps but I still give him a foot rub before we go to bed.

Peppermint lotion!!! Take a long hot bubble bath and massage your feet with it every night. Makes your feet feel sooo good and smell good too. I always take it on trips with me.
Don't forget about getting the kids walking too! We start family walks at least three months before we go to Disney. Because it's "training" for WDW the kids are much happier to be going. We start slow and short and build up. It has really helped, especially when the kids were little. You can't walk enough in preparation for Disney.
luckily for me the second leg of my trip I am at BWV renting a 1BR and they have a wonderful jacuzzi tub in it which I gladly soak my feet in every night.
Lucky you! I'm always tempted to take a soak in the hot tubs at the resort, but most of the time we stay at the moderates, and the thought of walking to it at the end of a long day hurts!
One time I acutally packed my foot soaker/massager! Unfortunately, it wasn't powerful enough. So much for using half the suitcase space!
