Hi, I am feeling in such a rut, I did a search on this website, found that my last exercise was September 16th, my last clippie was back in April!!! I just can not seem to get into the swing of it! My one year anniversary on South Beach will be the 6th of this month. I've only lost 30 pounds and others have done so much better and seem to be able to keep on track. I'm not whining, well I guess I am, I need a kick! I weighed my self today, and thankfully I've "only" gained 3 pounds but it feels like so much more....I guess that is from not exercising I feel more flabby...you know what I mean? In May I was so close to another clippie but just have not done well since then. And to be honest I need to lose at least 25 more pounds. For those of you who have stayed on program, with your eating and exercise, how do you do it? I really need to get myself back in gear!
