I NEED SOME EARPLUGS!!!

They have been working on my street for about a month now and today they started around 7:45 a.m. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, with 2 huge bulldozers with some kind of jackhammer type thingy and the noise is driving me nuts!! Amazingly, the baby I babysit is sleeping through it all, but when he wakes up, the screaming will start. He is TERRIFIED of the noise and is stuck to me like glue when it starts up!
Anyone have a spare pair of earplugs I could borrow????

I have plenty of spare earplugs that you can have. I've used them for sleeping for 10 years.

Can't send you my earplugs because I am in the same boat. They are doing a large renovation project right across the street from my house and it is awful. They start at 7am, work until 1pm, go on break until 3pm and then start back up until 6 or 7 pm.....UGH! The noise is driving me nuts, the only day we get a break is Sunday!
