I Need Slippers....Help

I really need a good pair of slippers without breaking the bank. I may not be looking in the right stores for them. I have tried dear foams, and other ones. They all seem to loose the support and go flat within a month.

What kind of slippers do you have?

I also have these, but I've had them so long they're now my "B" pair, used when I'm working around the house, or when I need to go up the driveway to the mailbox, etc.

I've loved both and both have worn very well for a couple of years and will go for a couple of more, so I certainly feel like I've gotten my money out of them.

I think so. I got a 9 which is what I usually wear and it fit well out of the box and, best of all, it hasn't stretched to giant proportions over the years (I've had some form other brands that started as 9's and were, I swear, 12's before I wore them out!)

I have a pair of LL Bean Wicked Good slippers. They are not cheap, but keep my feet warm. (I live in a drafty old house -brrr). I love them!!

Thank You! They look like they don't stretch. Which is a good thing. I will need them this year. The house we now rent has some hardwood floors plus an area that is made of like outside stone. So it will get cold.

I love my Ugg Coquette slippers. I am on my second pair. My first pair lasted two good years.

I never wore slippers at all until I got a pair of these slippers as a gift. Now, they are the first things I put on when I come home!

I second LL Bean. I have the clog ones, they have indoor/outdoor non skid soles. I'm a SAHM and I live in them everyday. They are more like a shoe than a slipper with lots of support. They will last for a few years rather than one season.

They do have a nice arch. My sister only gets two years out of hers (but wears them in the house constantly), I get a lot more (but don't wear them as much).

I second using Crocs Mammoth as slippers. I have been wearing mine for a couple years now! I couldn't get the support & comfort from any other "Slipper" that I have found. I have a few friends doing the same now! There is a thread here somewhere with a coupon code to buy one get one free, today is the last day!

I use Crocs as my slippers too - I can't wear the Mammoth though because they make my feet sweat.

Ugg slippers are nice..... when you can find them on sale. They keep my toes extra toasty and I've had them for 5 years!!!! So in retrospect, well worth the $$ (when they are on sale!)
