I need opinons!!

Ok so our DFTW is 12-1-12 and the colors we are using are going to be eggplant (deep purple) and blue box (tiffany-ish blue).

I am thinking of using peacock feathers as accents, having them in touches in the bouquets, peacock topper on the cake, etc. Not an overload, just here and there...what do y'all think?

Oh and secondly...we are going for an Escape wedding, if we go with this color scheme where would the best place to use as a setting?

Our would a more "tealish" color be better? The only color I'm stuck to is eggplant...the accent is not yet confirmed..

I am thinking the teal would be better if you are going with peacock feather accents. Do you have any photos what you have in mind?

are you copying me? hahaha sorry it is just funny because up until now I was the only one with this scheme. It is ok I will share it with you.

the egg blue is going to be too pale if you want to stick with a peacock scheme of color you need to go with a teal that would be in the eyes of the peacock feathers so that it is connected.

but that is just my opinion if you were not using peacock feathers then the blue would be great with the eggplant purple.

you could always go more of a brown peacock color scheme than a purple.

we are going with a more purple/teal peacock theme. look at my pictures on my PJ

I think teal would be a perfect way to tie in the peacock and mix nicely with the eggplant!

I'm so sorry!! I didn't even realize it was your theme!! I honestly was thinking about cake toppers in purple and light blue and came across the feathers and loved it!!

Well, I love the colors in the peacock feathers. If we were having winter wedding, I would totally go that way! I really like the cake topper too....I think SBP is a wonderful blank canvas. You can dress it anyway you like.
