I need job interview pixie dust!!

Pleasee send some pixie dust my way!! I have a 3rd(!) interview for a job this morning and I'm so nervous! I don't know what the heck kind of job gets to a 3rd interview. The first was with the HR guy to make sure I was competant, the second was with the department supervisors, and after that one the HR guy called me in and said I was in a unique situation as they wanted to interivew me a 3rd time and it doesn't usually happen. I'm not sure if that means they're not quite sure about me or if they want me for a different position.. because the interview is with the big Area Manager (it's a huge company).

I had to call a lady in for a 3rd interview Monday. It was down to two very competent people and we had to make a decision soon.

I've been to third interviews twice in my work life, they are rare but they usually are for a VERY last look.

OP here.. thank you!! Honestly, I have no idea how it went. She didn't really ask me any questions - just looked over my resume and application and said what the job was, and that was about it. It only took about 10 minutes.

I don't think I'll get it though - it was me and another guy, and he had worked in the exact same position until a year ago when he had to move back up north to take care of his mom. I'm pretty sure they'll choose him over me, but who knows!
