?I need info on the best way to mazimize my Carribean Beach Stay?

What I'm looking at is the bridge over the lake and then past Jamaica out to Victory Way.

We never used the entrance/exit near Jamaica. I think, if I am not mistaken, it had the cross bars/arm type thing (like you see at a railroad track) that prohibited anybody but service vehicles and buses from entering/exiting.
