One of our very close family friends is having a Disney "wedding" and for their honeymoon, they're going on a 3- or 4-day Bahamian cruise. My family is going to put together a DCL gift basket/honeymoon basket...but we had not a clue on what to put in it!

Can anyone help? At all? They've been to Disney World and one is a cruise "vet" if that helps!

TIA!

Oh another, suntan lotion.
You could get them one of those bride and groom hats or shirts.

Thanks, pfishgirl!!! We always seem to forget our sunscreen too...at amusement parks... :confused3

Thanks, mommytotwo!!! I could get them the bride and groom Mickey ears!

what about post cards with stamps on them ??
like "honeymooners" will really have time to write... :rotfl:

are they only doing a cruise? or are they staying in disney or somewhere afterwards?? I would suggest bubble bath or bath crystals, robes, slippers.. etc... of course they need a tub and I don't think there are any tubs on the cruise....

a small plackard to hang outside their door that says "Please do not disturb, we're on our honey moon", Lip Balm spf (at least)15. Sunglasses... 2 wine glasses with mickey's etched on them?

Oh and I see you have a 3fatchicks ticker.. congrats, and how are you doing it?

My SIL got these flip flops at her shower for the beach that had "Just Married" on the bottom. They left that imprint when she walked on the sand. They were so cute! I don't know where the lady got them, but maybe you could do a search. :)

Pfishgirl...they're doing a cruise and time in the parks!

UrsulasMyHero-Good ideas!! Thanks! (I'm doing very well thank you!!)

Jenn Lynn-How COOL!! I'll look for them! Thanks!

Depending on how much time you have...

Disney online has really cute custom t-shirts with Bride and Groom Minnie and Mickey...we had them made for our Disney wedding.

You might include some "sparkling cider" (if you can or want to do champagne, that's an option too) and a couple of plastic (so they won't get broken) champagne flutes.

You could put some Godiva chocolates in there...

that's all I can think of right now (the other ideas posted were really good!)

The wedding's in mid-October...and those are FABULOUS ideas, hiwaygal!!! Thanks!
