I need ideas for a workout/weight loss program at work.

I would like to do a weight loss or workout challenge at work, but I don't know how to go about it. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to upset anyone w/ the whole weight loss thing, so I thought workout time might be a good idea. I need a way to get people involved and split into teams. TIA :D
 
You could have people pledge how many minutes they would exercise in a week or a month, and then they keep track of their minutes. For example, 300 minutes a week or 1,000 minutes a month.
 
That's not a bad idea. What do you think the "reward" should be for those meeting their goals? Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks. :)
