I Need Help!!!

Help! Our packet of stuff came from Magical Express today. We have been lucky enough to get the upgrade to OKW, but our ME stuff still says All Star Movies. It never occured to me that I would have to change that. What should I do? Is there a way that I can call Magical Express? Should I just apply for a new packet of stuff? Would I get it in time for our 8/26 departure?
 
Call CRO right away. They messed up somehow. They need to send you new tags. They will.

There's a number inside the voucher booklet. Its direct to the people you need to talk to. They handled a snafu on mine with just a week and a day to go.
 
You guys are great - thanks so much for the quick responses. I called the number and they are going to send me new tags. Should be plenty of time. Thanks again.
 
Hope all goes well. If you don't get new tags, don't use any and pick up your bags at mco and take them to ME counter. They will fix it there.
