I need help...

I haven't even printed my pictures from last year yet. I have never done scrapbooking....I need to look into this...Hmmm...

They have some wonderful stuff for scrapping at WDW. I know... I have a chest full. That is the only place to purchase a Disney album with the year printed on it. Also they have some great stickers with the year printed on them. There is a wonderfulllllllll store at Downtown Disney with all these great Disney scrap stuff. I spent a truck load of money there and at the Christmas store. My kids love to look at their books my DH has dragged out the memorbilia from last time and has been looking at it. Check it out it will be another thing to be hooked on. (It is my therapy and it helps me remember when the babes were those snuggly things they use to be)

:rotfl: I'm already depressed about coming home from our trip, and we still have a little over 2 months before we go :rotfl2:

Me :surfweb: DS(11) :cool1: DD(5) :cheer2: DS(2)

It was very hard but I FORCED myself to NOT BE DEPRESSED while I was still at WDW and the vacation was coming to an end. But all bets were off once we left. I did not let DH see how depressed I was cause then he would be reluctant to return -- you know the whole cycle of DISNEY life kind of thing repeating itself over and over. I did not avoid the DIS boards at all. Posting all the stuff I learned about restaurants, dining plan, the Poly (LOVED IT!), rides, etc.... actually HELPED.

Go ahead and cry when the trip is over -- but spread all your experience on the DIS Boards -- it helps others! (See I feel so experienced after only ONE trip!)

Ladybugsy -- this thread you started has been very theraputic but not really helpful to you I believe!

Thank goodness for TWO things. The cleanser has to WORK on the tub a while before I clean it .... and my DH does not know how to use the computer so he NEVER sees how much time I spend posting when he isn't here!!!! Whew -- throw that flour on my face and some smudges on my clothes and he thinks I've spent all day (my day off!) cleaning and cooking -- HA HA NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :teeth:

I already know I will be planning a birthday trip in 2007 so I won't feel REALLY depressed until after OCT 2007 when I won't have any REAL plans for a return trip .... but then again, you never know!

Whoops; computer glitch ... did a double-post. Maybe I am being watched??? Ha Ha .... managed to clean the tub at least --

I am enjoying hearing other DIS Addicts -- how do we manage to stay so busy and yet do all the planning and reading, etc...?

I re-read the first post by LB -- wow -- you are soooo busy! I do the same thing and am a people-pleaser too. But I hope you don't get too overwhelmed!

Actually it does help to know that I'm not the only one. The bad thing is that I'm the only one in my FAMILY that gets this way, and they all think I'm crazy...lol. I have to LIVE with them.

Me too...and mine isn't until September. I thought vacations were supposed to be relaxing...lol.

:rotfl2: Relaxing!!! :lmao: I think I'm more excited than my kids. LOL All I want to do is read, talk, and plan for Disney :goodvibes My DS(11) just laughs at me and says, "Mother, I will give you 10 minutes." :lmao: My DD(5) is ready to go meet Cinderella. She says everyone else is in costumes, but "Cinderella is real" (so cute). I don't think that already being packed has anything to do with the "addicted to Disney" syndrome, but maybe I'm in denial (and already packed). :rotfl2:

July 2-10 2006 - POP - First trip to Disney!

Well, I'm not going until September, but I'm partially packed. I have all my disney "stuff" in a suitcase ready to be loaded. Sometimes I take it out of the closet just to go though it...lol.

I think I have found a way to feel better. Last year, my dh surprised me. We had been in the Castle gift shop...not sure of the exact name of it. They have BEAUTIFUL things in there...anyway...we left the castle and worked our way around to the the Haunted Mansion. Just as we were about to go into the dark in our doom buggy, dh hands me a wrapped box. You just have to know his sense of humor...he did it on purpose so I would have to hold it through the whole ride. He knows I am very impatient...lol. When I finally got to open it, it was a Swarovski and 24 carat gold Tinkerbell pin. It is so beautiful! So, now I wear it everyday. Even with jeans and a t-shirt. Sorta makes me feel closer to "home". Here's a picture of it I happened to find.

That pin is beautiful ... I know the shop you are talking about. I think that is the one where you can wake up Tink in the morning. If my very wonderful but not very romantic DH did something like that at WDW, I would NEVER want to leave!

But we did have the best time while we were there. Both of us relaxed ... I guess there is so much of that pixie dust around and most people have such fun (except for those occasional meltdowns!) ... that no one is happy to leave!

Actually, no. This one is INSIDE the castle. On the left if you're walking through to Fantasy land right before you to out.

DH is not usually romantic either...lol. It was just the atmosphere and the magic, I think. He did have to stick his own sense of humor in there, didn't he..,,grrr!
I'll keep him for awhile...lol.

You mean I'm actually supposed to clean the laundry?

It' can't wait until AFTER Disney? LOL!
