I need help

I don't know if I'm putting this on the right board so forgive me if it's wrong. First I must say I am sooooo bummed. My research failed me. I called to make my reservations at 180 days and found out that I had +10 and didn't even know it . So breakfast and lunch with Cinderella was completely gone for the entire week we're going to be there. We got Chef Mickeys for the night we arrive, and the Princess Storybook breakfast in Norway, and because we wanted to eat in the castle we took dinner there. I guess it wasn't a complete loss.
Now I have to appeal to the knowledge of those of you who have gone beofre me. I just found out the dates for the MNSSHP and we've decided to go on Thursday 10/5. We're planning to go one of the water parks in the morning so we can nap in the afternoon, so here's my dilema. We're staying a the CBR. I want to eat at LTT before the party but before that I want to take my DD8 to Bibbity Bobbity Boutique. So what kind of time should I be leaving for travel. How long does it take to get to downtown Disney, back to CBR and then the the MK for dinner. Any help would be fantastic. I'm now extrememly paranoid that I'm going to miss everything else I want to do. Thanks a bunch in advance
