Ha. I think I am an idiot.

So my 90 day mark is in August. I want to make sure I am well prepared for making our ADR's... I don't have room to mess up for it is Thanksgiving week.

So I have been playing around with the online ADR's. I need help as to how it will go when I do it for real :rolleyes1.

1.. What is my reservation number? Is it my DVC number or the confirmation number for the reservation?

2. When do I put in the reservation number to get my 90+10?

3. I read on another post that someone was able to pull their reservations up already for their trip in Nov., but I cannot figure out how.

4. When I book on the first ADR and put the reserv. number.. do I do that each time I book an ADR?

5. Bonus question here ;)...We are arriving on a Saturday and leaving the following Sunday .. our flight is at ...435 pm. Do we get a full days worth of the dining plan? Meaning... do I get a table service, counter and snack for that day or is it cut because we are not staying the whole day?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP! :worship:

I probably won't be able to answer all your questions, but here's how to get started:

Log onto Disney.com or Dvcmember.com and click on Parks.

From the disney site you next click on walt disney world.

Go to booking, let the menu drop down and click on booking.

Select your first restaurant.

Next you will see a place where you can Retrieve your Reservation.

Put in your DVC Reservation number and phone number you used to make the resort ressies and hit retrieve reservation.

You should see your reservation.

We have found that in order to goto our cart and check out you have to finish adding a choice to the cart. So say you have three choices in your cart and you're looking at another restaurant and decide not to take it. You may have to enter it anyway to get to your cart and then remove it later. I always log into disney.com or dvcmember.com, and so far have later been able to later retrieve my dining ressies and have been able to use the option to send an email to myself. When you retrieve ressies you put in the dining confirmation number.

I have been able to make October ressies this way, and pull up my room reservation for December, so at least I know it exists! Good luck. HTH

You mention where to add in the confirmation #, BUT do you have to add this info in for every restaurant? OR does the site remember the conf # for subsequent reservations?

I can help you with the Bonus question.

If you are on the dining plan, it goes by # of nights not # of days. From your post I take it you are going to be there for 8 nights? If so, you get 8TS, 8CS etc.

It really is easy. Keep in mind that you can (and should) go online at 6am EST to try to get the ressies you want. Be prepared to have backups in case you do not get what you want originally.

Good luck!:thumbsup2

The site remembers the confirmation number each time until you check out.

After you put your first choice in your cart (or whatever it was called, can't remember) you can search by typing in the name of the restaurant as long as you keep adding things to your cart. My experience has been if you decide not to put a choice in the cart and go back to searching by clicking on dining, it goes back to the original search page.

The other thing I have found is that availability may open up during the week (or we got really lucky).

At 90+10 I was unable to get Tony's Town Square on the night of our MNSSHP, which was three days into our reservation. I kept checking each morning, (I get up early anyhow) and on the day it was 90 days out I was able to get it for the time I want. Not sure if it was luck or more tables being made available.

The dining reservation will also tell you which discounts you are entitled to. A couple or our ressies show a DVC discount available.

I've also been trying to change our time for Rose & Crown. We're not quite to 90 days yet for that ressie, so I'm hoping some more times open up.

All in all I've been pretty happy with the process.
