I need help with ding!

I have installed Ding! hoping for a good ding for Sept. But all I get is a message that says a communication error has occurred. I tried reconnecting but it doesn't work. Any other suggestions? TIA!

when that happens here ...

i just EXIT the ding program and restart it....

it seems to work then....

your mileage may vary

Hi Shelly,
Go into Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites, and type in southwestdotcom and dingdotsouthwestdotcom (obviously don't type the actual word "dot") and ok. Then close Ding start it up again. That worked for me today.
