I need help purchasing something in Disney!

Ok My son is going to be Captain Hook for Halloween and I remember seeing a pirate's hat with black hair attached to it at the Pirates of the Carribean ride at Disneyworld. Does anyone have a number or site that I can get in touch with to purchase it? Thanks for your help.
