Hi everyone, i'm having a really hard weekend. I totally blew it th epast few days and i am up 6 lbs on the scale. i just don't know what to do. should I go back on low-carb and will it come off. i was 158 on friday adn today i am 164. i'm so frustrated and i just want to cry. my goal for march 1 is 148 and i still want to get there
