I Need Help. Please

Hi everyone, i'm having a really hard weekend. I totally blew it th epast few days and i am up 6 lbs on the scale. i just don't know what to do. should I go back on low-carb and will it come off. i was 158 on friday adn today i am 164. i'm so frustrated and i just want to cry. my goal for march 1 is 148 and i still want to get there
i really need some help please, please

What diet do you usually do? I'm changing my whole habits...so I don't have quick fixes (because they are really bad for me...I gain it all back super quick). Don't punish yourself for a slip up though. We're all only human. My parents have done low carb (South Beach) and have lost several pounds in the course of a week or two. Good Luck!

I'm just feeling a little down today and I'm embarrased that I let myself slip up like that. I'm going to try to go back to low-carb for the next three and weeks and see how I do for my March 1st goal of 148. Maybe I'll get there and this extra weight is just water weight. Thanks for your encouragement. It's going to be a tough couple of weeks but with everyone's support I think I can do it
 
I'm working at getting my weight down too. It is hard. I've always been a thin person, well I used to be...but a few years ago, I hit middle age, opened a restaurant (with DH) and started some horrible eating habits...I went up three sizes, and now my clothes are tight again. I just can't keep doing this. Temptation is everywhere, I'm really, really busy, I hate to say it but I totally hate exercise...so I've got a lot to change and a lot to learn. I still like candy bars better than apples, sweet iced tea tastes better than water, and hour with a good book is more fun than an hour on the stair master. I'm sure you'll get back on track. I need to, too.
