I need help, new to dis board and found out I have a code!!!

Sister-in-law has been urging me to call and find out if I have a code attached to my name. I finally gave in and called (more than one time-after reading suggestions on the board) today and found out I have a code attached to my name. I was so shocked that I had no idea what to ask.

Here's what I found out:
1) It is for the dates of May 28th-June3rd (we we're already planning to go then-yea us!)
2) there are no availablities.

Here's what I don't know (please tell me what I should do and ask next):
1) The person I spoke w/ at Disney knew I had a reservation, it's possible he only checked availibity at my resort....don't know if I have to request to search every available resort or not
2) I didn't ask what type of discount it was....I know, I know, I was in a state of shock at the time. He told me he could not give out the code but it is attached to my name if I should call back to check availibility again.

Help....what should I do or ask next...

Please bare in mind, I am NEW to the board only joined today and only visited as of yesterday so I don't know all the "lingo" yet (please use english... )

I could definitely call back and speak to another cast member. Sometimes you can get more information the second time around. Definitely tell the whole story and ask if there is ANY availability during that time frame at any of the resorts. Good luck.
