i am!!!
Po3, I didn't realize that. I go to Providence once a year to the post office for a business meeting. How far are you from there?
Funny, ScrapperKimmy, I started doing my albums that way, but now have switched to chronological order. That is what is so great about the creativity process, we can change our minds as we go.
Okay girlies - I may be doing a weekend in early February, I need to see if I can take a Friday off and if I can, I'll be booking it - $248 RT on Delta, non-stop both ways
Faerie, and Buffy, my conference starts Friday afternoon in Springfield, MA. I could meet up with you Friday before I head to Springfield.
Po3, I am not sure if it is the post office off of 146, but it is considered the big post office. I'm not sure where Rt. 146 is. If you told me the name of the street it is on, I would recognize it, but at the moment I am having a big brain poof. I think it starts with an L, maybe Locust Street. Does that sound right? I know it isn't far from 95. This post office has a drive thru window. How cool is that?!
Oh and I almost tossed the ex-boyfriend pics today, but I'm not sure if I should. What do you think???
My recommendation for the ex-boyfriend pics...if you don't care to keep them all yourself (which is completely understandable), my suggestion is that you contact one of his relatives if you are able to and give the pics to them. My mother had a boyfriend she had dated for four years in her early twenties. When that all ended, she really did not care to have pictures of him. She didn't hate him or anything, he just wasn't a part of her life anymore. So she contacted his mother and gave her all of the pictures of him from when they were together. His mother was very grateful for this and appreciated the thought.
My own grandmother threw away nearly all of the pictures she had of my father without warning, so I'm not a huge fan of throwing pictures away. Having had that happen, I would be overjoyed if I found out someone from my dad's past had pictures to offer me. So, consider giving that a try...I'm sure it will make someone happy.
