A few weeks ago whike on vacation I did a dolphin experience
We bought the download package
So I got the email that has all the pics on them
Now the problem is if I hit the download button there’s a box Thst pops up in the right corner if I click on open then the pic comes up on the screen
Now my question is where do these pics go after I download them so I can get pics made
I have iCloud so that’s where the pics from my phone go
Or is there a way to do this somehow on my phone.
I’m not good at all with computers so please be very basic

So what I need to know is how to take a downloaded pic saved to my computer so I can get prints made

Is your computer a Mac, an iPad, using Windows, or something else?

If it's iOS/Apple, I can't help.

For Chrome and Edge, if you click on the three dots on the top right, you can get to the Download folder. Looks like Ctrl-J does it too. Go there and the photo files should be there (it might be in Zip file that you need to open).

You can also get to the Downloads File Folder using your File Explorer as well. Open your File Explorer. On the left hand side there should be a pinned folder for Downloads.

Not familiar with the apple conventions either, but for other types of PC's, you can generally point with the mouse at the download area and RIGHT click with your mouse. There should be some sort of 'save to' type option you can select. You can also indicate which folder to store them. I never use any of those online cloud products and prefer to have things stored on my PC.

I find doing this at home from my PC is MUCH easier than trying to use a phone. Often the online menus aren't formatted for the tiny screen on a phone and can be very clumsy trying to navigate the screen to find the right area related to downloading.

Assuming you're using Microsoft windows...
1. Press and hold the Windows key. If you don't know where the windows key is, here's the "typical" layout of a keyboard with the windows key highlighted. You can hold either key.

2. Press and release the R key.
3. Release the Windows Key.
4. You should get a box in the lower left corner of your screen that looks like this: 1729950475356.png
5. In the window type (without the quotes) "downloads"

6. Hit enter or Press OK
7. You will now get a window that shows all the files you've downloaded.

Thank you Sam Gordon: It may not help the poster, but it sure helped me. I never knew what the windows button was for:)

It can be used for a couple things. My favorite.. press Windows+Shift+S.

Your screen should dim a little. Then you draw a box anywhere on the screen (click and hold mouse button to draw).

When you release the mouse button, you have a picture in your clipboard (can paste into a document) of what you drew the box around.

That's how I did the above snips.

Just Wow. I know you must have done a lot of research on windows to find all of this out. I admit I have never looked into it. I thought it was what you see:) Thanks again.

Not really research, just stuff I've picked up here and there. Glad to help!
