I need help from some american girls

Hi

I'm going to Florida in a few days and i really need a new pair of shoes.. are there any good, light-ish, comfortable shoes that i could buy over there?? other than sneakers??? I'm going to be walking around Disney World so they need to be suitable and my mums getting annoyed that i havnt got anything yet help???

Flats are pretty nice (but sometimes they take a special foot, I dont know why but i can almost never fit into flats)

So are chucks (low cut) (well i mean high tops are amazing, a personal favorite, but if your going to be walking around a lot i suggest the low cut ones)

Rainbows. they are flip flops that are like berkies. they mold to your feet and are made with leather and stuff and they last for at least 6 months, though mine have all lasted more than a year of wearing them almost everyday.

Flats are great, but they always give me blisters when I walk around a lot...
I'd go with flip flops. They go with anything casual, and they're ridiculously comfortable.
I brought at least five pairs of shoes to Disney with me this summer, and all I wore the whole two weeks were my flip flops.

They might be harder to find now that it's not summer, but Old Navy probably still has them in stock. Check their website.

If you're going for flip flops, look for something that will mold nicely to your feet. Sometimes the cheaper flip flops leave KILLER blisters where the thong goes between your toes, and on the sides of your feet (I have scars in those areas from Old Navy flip flops that I wore all summer).
Ginger flip flops look comfy.

I wore my old navy flip flops almost the whole time when I went in January.
They were great. Comfortable and my feet weren't so hot.
And they didn't leave me with blisters besides one on the bottom of my foot but it wasn't that bad and I'd wear them again.

I live in Florida, pm me with any questions you might have! I can't fit into flats at all and find them uncomfortable (by flats you guys are talking about ballet flats right?). I always wear flip flops whenever I go to disney ( I go about once a month).

My favorite brand of flip flops is Ocean Minded... they are sooo comfy!

Converse/Chuck's [same thing/brand]
The low top ones are cute and the high top ones are very... indescribable. I love Converse. They are stylish and comfy so I definetally (sp!?) recommend them.

Also Crocs.
Sure they're not top-notch fancy and stylish but they are hecka comfy and I wear them all the time in WDW.

Crocs, you can find them EVERYWHERE at DisneyWorld.

Personally, I just wear those cheapo Old Navy flip flops, they're comfy, light and affordable. But it all depends on what your feet are like.

I don't like Crocs because of how they look but you mentioned lightweight and comfortable. I heard Crocs were lightweight and comfortable.
Everyone in my family has them except for me. They claim it's magic.

Converse are cute, I have 3 pair, but I couldn't see wearing them to disney, as A) they're not great for lots of walking and B) they make my feet hot. I got a blister from walking around the block in my converse...

^^Yes! My feet are very narrow and it just looks silly.
I LOVE my Converse but I wore them to a park once on my trip this summer and they were not comfortable. I felt like taking them off and walking like that!

Teva flipflops! They are so comfy, no blisters, and they come in tons of colors/patterns. You can find them at REI and online. When I went to WDW in August, I wore mostly just tevas, and only sneakers one day.

Converse aren't great for walking.
I once walked an entire school day, and I had blisters on my heels that didn't heel until the end of the summer.
