I'll be making ADR's in less than a month (woo-hoo)! Anyways, I have a few questions, this is all new to me, and my husband just says whatever I want is fine... so no help there.

It will be me, DH, DD4, and DD1, we will be on the DDP and staying at POFQ. What do you think is better Ohana or Boatwrights? I think the atmospher at Ohana sounds really neat and the food sounds good... and this is an anniversary trip and we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon... so it's a little fitting I guess. Than there is Boatwrights... the food sounds good, it's convienent which may be good with the little ones, I'm not sure of the atmosphere there. So for those of you have been there, what's better?

Also, I'm going to try for CRT (DD would LOVE that), but if it's not available is Akershush Royal Banquet a good alternative? We plan on going to 1900 Park Fare too. We have princess nut. Also who is at Park Fare, are the step sisters there or the mice, or both?

Sorry for so many questions. Trying to figure it all out.

Thanks so much,
erin

Hi
I would go to O'hana with the ages of your kids. I took my DGD (5) last year and she had such a great time dancing the hula, doing the limbo and pushing coconuts with a broom. The children seem to really have a good time. I was to Boatwrights, once years ago, and it's just a restaurant. Nothing fun for the kids to do. Also, 1900 Park Fare has Cinderella, the two stepsisters and the stepmother. Akershus is great to see all the princesses. We went last August and Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Alice in Wonderland and Belle was the greeter there. We didn't care for the lunch, so we're trying it for breakfast this year. I also got CRT. Call early. I called at 6:59AM and only had to wait two minutes. We got an 8:30am ADR. Have a great trip!!:)

I am assuming you are talking for dinner. My DH and I went to Boatwright's in September for dinner based on recommendations on the DIS. We did not like the food at all (our steaks were much better at LeCellier and other places we dined), the service was mediocre at best and it was so loud that you could not even hear yourself talk, let alone the person you were talking to or who was talking to you. We have not tried Ohanas but are doing so this year for dinner (we used to eat here when it was Minnie's Menehue Character Breakfast. We haven't been back since they stopped that and made it Stitch (we are not Stitch fans), but had never had dinner...so we are going to give it a whirl.
