We went to Disney in Nov 2005. At the time I remember making the comment that while it was a great and unforgetable vacation I wouldn't have to go back for some time. Well here it is just a little over a year later and I'm itching to go back......on the verge of obsessing.....I'm visiting these boards way too much! I've easily been able to convince my 7 yr old ds that Disney is the place for us. Only problem is DH does not want to go back. Says we've already done everything there. He really wants to go somewhere else. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I'd really like to get him excited about it.....and while I can probably convince him with a lot of begging, I'd like for him to really want to go. I just think our son would have even more fun the second time around and me too!!!! I could do a much better job planning for a second trip since I've been there once.
Of course another trip to Disney really not only hinges on getting my DH on board but also some sort of discount made available and a stay at either a Value or Mod Resort. Last time we stayed at AKL w/ free dining. So the Value or Mod Resort will also make it a hard sell to DH.
Any suggestions?

. But then again he would go as often as our pocketbook would allow. I would say there is no way to do WDW in one trip and see all there is to see especially since they are always changing and adding new things. Since we went it Aug of 05 they have changed shows, added new ones and added new rides. When we go back 3/29 there will be so many things to do we probably still won't get to them all. Last time we did only 1 day for MK and never even saw one side of the park
. You could also try suggesting you go when they have special things going on like at Halloween time. You certainly wouldn't have the same experience if you went then
. If he still really doesn't want to go how about going without him and make it a mother/son trip? It would be a great way for him to get some one on one time with mom.
