I started this new job in June, so I don't know everyone all that well. They are a very friendly group and I have spent some time outside of work with them.

I know they like wine, but I am not a wine person so I have no idea what to get. They all also have those cute purse table hangers things. I would like to get everyone the same kind of thing, just maybe different colors. I also would like to keep it around $10 each.

Any ideas out there? Online would be great. I am in metro Detroit if that matters.

Thanks!

Edit: There are 5 of them that I work closely with on a daily basis.

to my co-workers. I watch the core 7 that I work with walk in everyday with their Dunkin Donuts myriad of hot and cold drinks and I couldn't resist purchasing them all the To Go Cups from Bed, Bath Beyond...I used 20% off coupons for each one. I just may also throw in some cute boxed hot chocolate. My thought....maybe they will save a few dollars each week and bring their own! Merry Christmas!!:goodvibes

:) Hi from Livonia!

Head to Trader Joe's. They have GREAT and CHEAP wine there. For $3, you can get a bottle of "Three Buck Chuck"... Charles Shaw wine... you won't miss it. It's POPULAR, and not all that bad. (They also have other $4 and $5 bottles.)

Trader Joe's also has different and unique snacks, like chocolates, candies, and cookies. Nothing is better than chocolate with wine.

Pair the wine, chocolate/candy/cookies with a cheap corkscrew from Walmart, and wrap it all up in a basket from Dollar Tree, and there you go.

As a wine drinker, I would LOVE this gift. :thumbsup2

Noooooooooooo!!! I am a wine drinker and I would throw that stuff away. If they are wine drinkers then they probably don't drink ANY wine and I would never give a wine that is "not all that bad" as a gift. I received 2 bottles of Barefoot this weekend and I literally can't give it away. My Freecycle groups turned it down....because it's alcohol. I won't drink it and there is no way I a giving it as a gift.

If you want a wine related gift, wine charms are fun. A great wine gift would be to look for fancy wine glasses. Just a single hand painted glass would be nice. Halmark has some not sure of the cost.

Candles are always good, Bath and Body Works have some great things.

I would go with these... bought a bunch of them for my friends:
Sephora lip gloss wands

Free shipping with a $50 purchase (so, 5 gifts at $10 each) and you get to choose some fun samples for yourself :)

I like the purse hanger idea. I have two and I use them often at work lunches.

I saw these for the first time this weekend. I remarked to my friend "Do people really use these?" Obviously they do but it's just way too fussy for me.
