I need expert help on POR and BC!

I need some advice from you wonderful experts. I have great rates at POR ($84) and BC ($195) and Swan ($129). These are before taxes for a mid-June stay. I had heard recently that POR has been minimized and the Mansion rooms are closed and basically the resort is torn up. So I booked a room at BC at a good rate but still alot more expensive. Then I thought of maybe splitting my stay between the Swan and BC since the swan is a cheaper rate but still in a great location. I have an 8 nite stay and I just don't know what to do. Is the POR really that bad right now and is it worth it for me to just do the Swan and BC. Also is it a loss of time and a hassle to split time at two resorts with check in time and so on. Please give me your best advice. I would really love to just stay all at the BC but maybe it isn't worth the cost for a standard view when I have the other two options. We were at PO Feb3-17th.Durring our first week the resort went from being partially open to almost every building being open.(they were doing the roof of one of the buildings in the alligater bayou section)I found the service to not be as good as our trip in 2000.But then again I think they had staffing problems.There were people who were training and staff did not know their jobs(due to lack of training)Housekeeping was not up to the standards we had before, but I would hope this would be worked out by now.I do like PO,and I would stay there again in the future.As long as the resort stays open and they do not start closing it up again I would think standards would be up to par by now.But I did read somewhere that PO was like a ghost town the last week of Feb.Does anyone know if they have closed buildings after presidents week??
