As you can see by my signature I have it bad. The great thing is that I have alot of support from my DH, DD's and even my Dad... who by the way leaves for Disney tomorrow without me : ( I find that the only way I can get through a trip to disney without getting depressed when it's over is to have another trip in the works. Before my trip is over in July, yes I have a trip confirmed at the Beach Club for two weeks in July, I will have another planned for Oct. W&F festival...yum!!! Welcome to an ever growing group....

I have to tell you all... yesterday I printed out a possible Disney trip for August, broke down by days and my husband.. literally said "I don't want to hear another word about Disney World, I'm sick of it, STOP"
I dont know what to do now!
I never thought it would get to the point where he's mad at me for this!!! grrrr

Well, in October (our anniversary month!, not August like I said before, I don't know where I got August from..) I looked online at Carribean Beach and also Wilderness Lodge. For 7 nights at CBR plus park hoppers for 2 people, the total is $1700!!!!! I was so excited when after the "please wait, we're searching...." thing that this came up for this price. So I was so excited to tell the husband, who then said to stop talking about DW.
It's my birthday on Tues, so he keeps asking me what I want, and all I really want for my BD is to book a trip to DW!!! But that won't do since I'm "not supposed to talk about it anymore" He says we're going in 06, but that isn't good enough! I want it booked so I can have a particular date set! (And so I can count down the days!) So now he says "let's wait for our income tax checks before we book" Unexceptable!!! I can put down a deposit now and I want to!!!

First of all I admit to having a problem- but I don't intend on fixing it. I laughed at many of your posts b/c it was like looking in the mirror I am anxiety ridden b/c I am trying to book another trip before our Sept AP passes expire. We hate going in the summer because of the heat - but I don't know what else to do......Feb is right around the corner and March-May we have stuff every weekend (My husband is self employed and travels on weekends). Argh...........Plus I am not happy unless I am engrossed in planning another trip. Alright I will admit that we are going to DL in April but it is not the same as WDW............

I am totally insane. There's gotta be more people like me out there. I'm constantly thinking about Disney World and my husband wants to kill me! It's all I talk about, all I listen to (www.live365.com Mouse World Radio!) all I ever want to go on vacation. I've been there like 15 times and I can't get enough. I feel like crying every day!! Really! And I'm 29 years old!!!
I joke around with him saying I need some Disney Therapy to get me though it. It's like a drug that I can't get enough of!
We were just there for our honeymoon in October. My husband loves DW, but he's sooo not on the same level of obcession that I am!
Any other crazy Disney people out there? I don't mean just a little crazy, I mean full blown insanely lovin' Disney people.

You're definitely not alone!!! My DH and I plan our "unreal" lives around our "real" Disney vacations. We have been known to book our next reservations before finishing up the current one. In my case, I think my DH has it even worse than I do. Gotta love him

Hi, my name is Theresa and I'm a Disneyholic. If I could I would eat, sleep, breath Disney. And sometimes I do!!! I am so lucky because when I brought my then finance to Disney for his first trip, he feel in love with it too. We love it so much that we bought into the DVC. Sometimes that's all we talk about. It's so funny when someone mentions that they are going to Disney because we both hit them with tons of questions - how long are you going, where are you staying, etc. I'm glad that I'm not the only Disney crazed person in this world. Oh yeah and I don't want therapy because I love disney. The kids love it too. And DD says that she wants to get married down there. Which is fine with us!!

I have finally found my home!!! No one around me understands what Disney does to me. I love the feeling I get everytime I go, it's just magical. I can't explain it but there is no other high for me. It's nice to finally know that I am not the only person out there with this obsession. I've got it so bad that I went and got a tattoo! I have mickey heads as an anklet with WDW in the back. I love it!!! I hope to work there someday soon and plan to get married there as well. I just hope that I find a husband that loves it as much as I do.

Wilderness Lodge is my DREAM resort! Bag the husband for a week and I'll go I have the downpayment too! Ok - in all honesty, I really DO understand. I went solo less than 2 months ago, and after my close friends realized that there just MIGHT be something behind this crazy-ness of mine, they decided that they want to go in 2006 (none of them have EVER been). Well ... as soon as I heard THAT I got my planning hat on and I haven't taken it off! Now, a month later, I have some serious hat hair and I'm afraid that I might alienate my friends! I've already gotten quotes through disney.com, dreamsunlimited, and AAA. I dragged one of my friends to AAA's "Disney Specialist" night and she was a little taken aback that I had a PLAN. Look out friends, but you haven't even seen the beginning!

I do hope your husband surprises you for your birthday by giving you the nod to book and to lay down that downpayment. If not, feel free to write again or PM even WE MUST STICK TOGETHER!

All three of our kids have said that they want to get married at Disney! In fact, our oldest DD has thought about becoming a wedding planner so she can work at Disney! Did I mention that she is 12? DS says his future wife has to love Disney! He is 16! All three are figuring out what they want to major in so they all can work at Disney! DH and I are thinking about going to culinary school together so we can work at Disney. (that is after he retires from the AF! ) DH has said that we are going to renew our vows at Disney! I'm not sure what he has planned, or when, but I can't wait!
