I'd try priceline. We're staying at the Marriot ORlando Airport for under $50 (about $45)(incl tax)While priceline will guarantee the airport area, but not necessarily a shuttle, for that savings you could call a cab. As it turns out the Marriot does have a shuttle. Check out BiddingforTravel.com for other winning bids.

We got amerisuites at the airport last year for that weekend on priceline for under $50. I can't remember if there's a shuttle. You can always call 800# and find out.
