We found a 8 gig memory card for real cheap on the Best Buy site under their clearance.

try newegg. They usually have great prices. If you sign up for the newsletter, sometimes they have them on sale through that.

Also keep an eye on woot.com.

Tuesdays woot does a two-for day. Sometimes you can find them on there pretty cheap.

Tigerdirect.com is very good for memory cards as well. If you're looking for the best possible price, I recommend Pricewatch.com as well. They have a lot of good resources and it shows shipping prices as well.

What kind of memory card do you need? That usualy helps, because like SD cards are a dime a dozen, while xD are usually a few dollars more. A while ago, Office Depot had a sale on memory cards, and I got a 2gig xD card for 11.99, and at Best Buy they had them for nearly 30$.

Either look for a sale or if a store does a 10-15$ coupon if you purchase so much.
