I need an avatar genuis!!!!!! please help! :)

every time I try to uplaod my avatar from my HD I get this error message... Ive made it increasingly smaller can anyone help???????

Did you put the image or a link to it in your post? I can't find it in there anywhere.

I'll see what I can do to reduce it, just let me know where to load it from.
