I need advise about ressie/banking.

I hope to make my first MS ressie tomorrow for my first trips home. I'll have my 150 2002 pts, then 150 more in October. I want to make ressies for the last week of June and first week of December 2003....I want to do this all in one phone call. When I call, do I say I want the June ressie, then tell them to bank the 80pts 2002 left, then tell them about the December ressie or just tell them what ressies I want and they just assume I'm wanting to bank those 80pts?

I think you have it just right. Tell the CM that you want to make two ressies. Make the June ressie. Then ask to bank the 2002 points. I would also recommend that you ask the CM to use up the banked points first for the December ressie. At the end of the call, ask the CM to review the status of your remaining points and if it doesn't agree with what you are expecting, you can find out why and resolve the difference right then.

When they bank the points they will give you a banking confirmation #. Write this down. If there is any problem in the future about whether or not the points were banked, this will be your only "proof". This number is different than the reservation confirmation #s they will also give you.

Thanks, Pam, I didn't know that. Hmmm, I have a feeling I need to figure out a way to organize my DVC stuff.....now which drawer to clean out...
