You know Funnygarcia just did it for 4 days when we met her last week (where is she by the way?) and she loved it. I will say it's not for me personally, I don't eat alone/go to movies alone/etc. and I told AZ that Funnygarcia was brave because I would be lonely. I like to go with someone, doesn't have to be DH, but atleast a friend or my kids!!!

But if you can handle it, go for it!! I think you could just come out 3 days early and meet us and have Dh and the kids meet you there on the 13th!! Now that sounds good!!

I wish, but were driving down. He cant handle the kids by himself AT ALL! Especially not in the car. I dont like being alone either. I could take ds somewhere alone. Really the only person that stresses me out is the baby! Oh well, I will most likely just stay home as always! Thats what I do best!

Not to mention a loud snoring DH!! We're headed to Ocean Park. I found out yesterday that in addition to a 3 day weekend it's also a clam digging on the Long Beach peninsula. Should make for a crazy weekend! Nothing quite like sitting around a campfire in the drizzling rain to make us appreciate Disneyland!

I love long beach! We went there about this time a few years ago, and had a blast! Of course, it was just me and DH, and we were in a hotel! Dont get to soggy out there, and have fun! I just looked online, and its only supposed to 79 and sunny in Anaheim, but dont think about that! (I almost cried )

My sister lives in Florida and whenever I'm sick of the weather here I look up her forecast. Just dreaming of someplace warm helps!! I actually like our weather here, except by about February or March I'm usually ready for some sun!

We're bringing along lots of Disney movies, books & my sudoko puzzles - just in case the weather is really bad. The forecast was nice earlier this week when we were planning the trip, but every day the forecast kept getting worse & worse (so what's new!). Sometimes I think they put that sunshine out a few days of the forecast just to keep us hoping!

Well I'm getting sleepy & everyone else went to bed. So think I'll turn in for the night. Have a GR8 weekend!

Happy chinese new year everyone! It's the year of the pig and I'm a pig! Not in the literal sense of course, but this my year baby! Do I get good luck or something or what does it all mean?

There are 12 animals which make up the Chinese zodiac. Every year it's a different animal. I was born in the year of the monkey! The adults usually give us "young whipper-snappers" a red envelope with money inside. It symbolizes "good luck" and the bills inside always have to be spankin new (which means a trip to the bank!).

We got kicked out of the Palms!!!!! I think some of the NBA players and Hollywood bratpack people have a higher credit limit than Shawna's debit card!

Wow, Disneylnad was busy like hell yesterday. Whats stupid is when people complain why the walkways are going insanely slow. I was like the crowd control has been screaming at the top of their lungs for everyone to walk blah way and no one was listening. Dont blame us!

We got the friday off this year. Is that when you are going Christina? That is one of the tentative dates for dd's dance performance there. Labor Day, Columbus Day or Veterans day.
