I'm hoping I can make it down Friday but right now my schedule is a mess and it really depends on my dad's schedule more than mine. He just returned from a 2-3 week long business trip overseas and he was cranky from all the jet lag and I didn't dare ask him what day we could go to the dealership

OK the doorbell just rang and it was some guys selling the paper for school. Kind of freaked me out to have the doorbell ring at night. Dh isnt home from work yet.

For a second I thought dizzyami was turning the tables on me and she didnt really have to go to work.

My first car was a dodge neon. It was the year they came out that I bought it. That car was terrible. I thought it was cute in 1995. Now I'm driving a Dodge Grand Caravan. Sweet Ride baby!!! I attract all the men with that one.

My older sister had it first- brand new 96' camry and it got passed down to me a few years later. I've been driving it for almost 6 or 7 years now. My parents said that out of me and my sibs I take the best care of my vehicle. I take care of it and the maintenance but geeze louise, if I ever need any repairs it costs me a fortune! I spent almost $1,500 last summer fixing it...and this is just minor things. Terrible.

Haha, my bf had a white colored Neon...he hated it!! His mom bought him one from a used car dealership. The first day he drove it home the car died and he got stuck on a hill and was slowly rolling backwards and freaked! Then he "returned" it and got a used red 95 Neon. He said the brakes were terrible and he constantly had to replace it. He had a head gasket leak, etc.. and just continued to have repairs. Eventually he changed jobs and he bought a brand new '04 Mazda-3 Sedan. He just traded that for a used '02 Honda S2000. It only had 12K miles on it.

Now it's my turn to treat myself to a new ride! lol! It's hard to look awesome rolling in a camry! lol!

OMG on my neon my brakes wore out CONSTANTLY. Dh (then boyfriend) said it was a crapy car and I should not have to replace brakes every six months. Finally we got rid of it and got a honda. Well, honda's are suppose to be reliable BUT at 37,000 miles we lost the transmission. The guy said he has never seen it happen that early. FIGURES. I'm glad we bought the extended warranty or we would have been out 3K. I had bad luck with cars. Luckily my van has held up nicely.
