Hi, I have a trip planned in MAy and I am trying to be ready with my ADR's...I have been to Disney 10 times and would like to pick a few new restaurants ( sit down). Can you give me some suggestions?? Here are a few places I already want to go to...

In addition to where you are eating I would recommend Jiko at the AKL. It is our favorite WDW restaurant, It is expensive, but in our opinion worth it for a "special" meal. It is a beautiful restaurant, quieter than most and the food is outstanding.
We also enjoy Restaurant Marrakesh in Morrocco. Again a beautiful restaurant with warm friendly servers and good food.
I have enjoyed the Kona Cafe at the Poly as well.

DH and I are in love with Jiko, Beirgaren, Fultons, Flying Fish and Boma breakfast. These places are just incredible.

We also enjoy BOMA for breakfast and have heard good things about the Wave.

We love Fulton's, Biergarten and the Plaza. We did not care for WCC at all but may try it for breakfast (don't think you can do too much to ruin breakfast as you can a barbecue skillet).

I'm not sure about your travel party, but the first place our kids asked to go is Chef Mickey's. The food is not great, but they enjoyed the characters. We always go on the first night.

Boma is another favorite. We have eaten there for breakfast and dinner. The pickiest eater in the family has asked to go back there again.
