I need a little help

I want to make a shirt to wear in Disney, on it I am going to iron on a picture of me and minnie from when I was 4 (1980) I am going to be turning 29 when I am there at the end of the month. I can't think of wording to put with the picture. Does anyone have any ideas? I already have a birthday shirt to wear so it doesn't have to follow that idea. Thanks so much, my mind is blank!
