I need a little creative help

This is a design that Cutiesnana did for me last year. She has since left the boards and removed her photobucket. My girls love this DISign however they have reached the age where they no longer want their names on their shirts.
Would it be possible to remove the name from this and change the date to 2008. If that is considered unethical can someone DISign something similar for me? Thank you.

Please.... can someone help with this? If not removing the name on this one then DISigning something using the pirate princess and the phrase Good Girls Gone Pirate? Several people used that phrase last year along with the pirate princess so I know that wasn't exclusive to Millie. Thank you for any help you can offer.

You have no idea how happy my girls will be to see this. They are a little pirate crazy and they love the princesses! Pirate princess put them right over the top!
