I need a designers help

My daughters and I are planning our trip and we will be going down for MNSSHP and we are doing the pirate league before the party... I need to design a cool but pirate looking outfit we dont want to much but I need a really cool girlish looking design for our costumes . The girls saw a really cool black skirt so I am thinking about doing Tank tops for that night... I would appreciate any help
