My mom is taking DD3 and me on a trip in September. I would like to do a few small surprises for her, to thank her. So far I have a basket coming from memories by Betsy, I have us signed up for the Family Magic Tour and I am waiting to sign us up for a poly photo shoot. Can you think of any other ideas? We are already going to MNSSHP, I looked into doing a carriage ride while we are at Fort Wilderness for dinner but they only have the haunted one when we are there. I don't really want to do the spa, we are only there for a short trip (4 nights) so I would like us to spend most of it together.
Thanks!

Thanks for the ideas. My mom has done the Tea before but I might do it anyway. Do they have anything for kids? Thanks

BippityBobbityBoutique? A meal at the Castle? Make your own ear hat at the hat store in MK?

Oh, my yes, they have a great tea for little girls and boys..My great niece had "sprite tea", jelly sandwiches( she doesn't like peanut butter) and a bowl full of strawberries and whipped cream, yummy:) She could have had fancy desserts, but, preferred the berries:)

I hope I am not over stepping bounderies, if you want something for dd and your mom to do there is the my disney girl's perfectly princess tea party which is pretty expensive(281.25 for one adult and child last time I checked)I have heard it is wonderfull but your daughter is only 3 and with such a short trip I think you have already set up enough to thank you mother. You don't want to make yourselves sooo tired that your daughter ends up having a meltdown( I am an over-planner and have done it with my DS 3 and DN 4)You have already picked out some wonderfull things to thank her and I just think that she gave you this gift out of love and maybe seeing you beautifull DD's joy will be enough.I know you will have a magical vacation whatever you choose to do.Good luck with your planning!!!

Adults like to get surprises on their pillows at night too. Maybe a new disney shirt or a picture frame. A disney gift card would be nice but if she is like most grandmas she will not spend it on herself. A basket delivered to her room with her favorites from disney in it. Good luck. Let us know all about the ways you surprised her,. :)

How about a fireworks cruise?? Do they still do the Peter Pan one?? We did it last year and it was cute!

I would send flowers or balloons to her at home a week before you leave. It will build the excitement. Plus what girl doesn't love flowers.

Thats hypothetical, I know not all girls love flowers. Just sayin :)
