Yuck! I can't believe how much I weigh right now. I have to lose nearly 100lbs to get to my goal weight. I have nobody to blame but myself for this weight gain though. Tomorrow lent starts, and I am going to start eating healthier and making time for exercise. I have to do this, I have never weighed this much in my life, it's just gross. My goal is to weigh 153
and I am currently at 244
. I used to chock it up to having to work nights, and going to school full time, but that really isn't any excuse. It is time to make some changes in my life, there are things I cannot change right now (such as the crappy house I live in), but there are things I can control, and need to. This downward spiral has to stop, and it stops today! I will keep you all posted.

I've got to loose about 50lbs. and get my health problems in check (diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol etc) so I am now on the WW plan and joined Curves 1 week ago and in the past week I've lost 3 lbs. I am kind of disappointed as I really expected to lose a lot more the first few weeks but I shouldn't complain I guess, as a weight loss is still better than a weight gain!
for you to make your goal. I have also started a thread called Dieting for Disney. There are a lot of people over there getting good advice on diet tips. Plus, they are getting a lot of motivation and encouragement. If you are interested, come over and look at it, we would be happy to have you.
here is some pixie dust for willpower!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
