I Must Be Scary!

Here is a picture of one I did for a new neighbor. I live in a new housing area. I've been giving them to neighbors as they move in as a "Welcome to the neighborhood" gift.

This one I made as a birthday gift for a friend.

Hey! Some friends and I will be arriving at the Dolphin next Thursday and I'd LOVE to impress them with your bouquet (as long as you include directions on how to put one together ( :) ).

If you're willing, so am I!

I PROMISE to take pictures to show everyone when we get back to work for some exposure for you.

Do you have a business card of some sort that you could attach to it?

This is a very kind and generous offer that you are making.

I'll be at WDW for Night of Joy in September. Staying at the All Star Sports. I know my dh would love all the candy. I can't eat it myself being diabetic. Would be glad to give feed back.

Feralpeg, one of my good friends owns a Candy Bouquet (The official company) business, and I must say, that your homemade ones look as good, or even better than the ones they do at their store! Way to go! And I wish I could say when my next trip will be, but unfortunately, we are tight on money right now. oh well.

Good luck! Have you thought about going to a local florist and offering up your services? You could split the profit with them and they could gain more clients that way!

Angie

elemusing,

Thank you. I appreciate your comments. I am considering a Candy Bouquet franchise, but they are very expensive. I want to make sure that I really want to do this before I go that route. I may look into the florist thing!

What a great idea that is!!!!!

Feralpeg, that's not scary. I'd love to get one of those at work! It sure would brighten my day! :) ;)

Feralpeg, I have been following your whole retirement and move to Orlando. First because it's my dream to do what your daughter is doing. I love theater and performing, but found my love later in life. Also, because you lived in KC, and my daughter lives in Topeka, so it's kind of like we lived near me, weird, huh?

Anyway, I'll be checking in on 9/11 and staying till 9/17, my dh would love one of those. They are beautiful. I'd love to tell you how we liked it too.

You are very generous to offer this.

Feral --

I sent you a pm. Just let me know. Thanks!

PM is on the way!

I've seen several candy bouquets/baskets they are delivered to patients at the hospital I work at, and yours look twice as nice as those I've seen! It looks like you put more effort into making them!

If you get the chance to bring one over to the Dolphin, I'll make sure I take photos to post when we return! :)

WOW! I can just picture a huge truck backing into your driveway and setting off huge boxes of candy and supplies! And FERALPEG saying once again to the delivery man,"Yes, this will be another heavy month for Disers at WDW!" :bitelip:

My dear, I believe you're on your way and rightfully so. The bouquets are beautiful and it's a wonderful jesture to offer them to visiting Disers. ::yes::

Wow ,you did a great job on candy Bouquets.
If you still need opinions ,I would love to get one for my dd 18th birthday while were down there in Nov.
Keep up the nice work.

feralpeg, those candy bouquets look very beautiful, in the pictures that you have posted. Just by looking at the pictures I don't think there is much you could do to improve them. Of course I like the Mickey one!!!

Before I come down to Florida again, maybe I will send you a pm and order one from you. I would be glad to pay for it.

Hmmm, I wonder how much it would cost to ship something like that to Canada and if there would be problems getting it through customs at the border?

feralpeg I sent you a PM. The basket was gorgeous, got the picture from the PM you sent me, and Debbie aka dgaston called me this morning oh so excited and happy! She took pictures and couldn't wait to show me! I am sure her DH has already busted into it even though she said it was too pretty to eat! What a great anniversary treat for them! My Mother was with me when she called and asked about it! She thought it was a great way to start a business to offer this. I know that I have relatives in Florida and forsee some holiday orders for you! :D Good luck and pixie dust to you! :wizard:

We will be staying at the ALL STARS Music later in august. Pm on the way. thanks Patty. We happened up on this thread last night at work.
